    Waste
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

Often times it's easy just to grab a bottle of water out of the fridge or buy at the store.   I have made a purchase of a good water bottle that I can refill as needed daily.   We have become a society of convenience and once you see how many plastic bottles you use in a week through recycling, you recognize how easy it is just to grab a reusable bottle and fill it up.
