    I keep forgetting to check in but have been enjoying my almost daily 15+ minutes of joyful movement.

    Kicked off this morning with 15 minutes of stretching and yoga, followed up by a strong cup of Moka pot coffee.

    EcoChallenge Day 1: 15 minute mindful walk to local bakery for a gooey chocolate brownie = success!
