Water is Amazing: Water is the perfect thirst-quencher. It has zero sugar, which is huge if you’re trying to manage your weight. Water also aids digestion. It improves your mood. And can even make your skin smoother!

Healthy Weight vs Back Pain: Maintaining a healthy weight can help with back pain. When you’re overweight, it puts more stress on your body, including your back. But getting active and eating well can help you feel better. Try going for a 30-minute walk this week. It’s a start!
    Pay it Forward
Did someone recently do something nice for you? Pay it forward by doing the same thing for someone else. Make a snack or meal for a friend, or pay for a stranger’s food or drink behind you. You’ll be surprised at how good it feels! It'll improve your day and someone else's.

Kindness Connects: Be kind to everyone you meet, and respect people’s differences. Small acts like smiling and saying hello go a long way — whether it’s to your significant other, family members, friends, teammates, or people you meet throughout the day. Plus, kindness makes people more productive, too!

    Hot Topics
Do you know where the nearest fire extinguisher is? If not, find out. If a fire starts in your workplace, you won’t have time to look around. While you’re thinking about it, check to make sure all fire equipment and fire doors are accessible. Keep those areas unobstructed, because you may need them in a hurry.

*Wishing you a wonderful day ahead*

Fashion Forward: Fashion trends come and go — but don’t throw your old clothes in the trash.
Discarded clothes account for 4.5% of landfill space. Reduce waste by donating clothes to charity. You’ll give them a second life.

Fancy Workout Clothes: Instead of splurging on expensive designer workout clothes, stick to comfy clothes you already own. Or, try rewarding your progress with a new outfit! You'll save money and motivate yourself to exercise.
