    Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

    Using walks between class or to meals as a way to look around and really appreciate the nature on campus helps me feel more balanced and happy. If I notice my surroundings as I walk and take the time for myself, I often find myself smiling.

    I decided that a quick and easy way to move joyfully would be to dance to one or two of my favorite songs in between doing work. It's a great way to take a break, get moving, and smile.
