    Hydroelectric power, Natural gas, nuclear reactors, coal and renewable energy.  All of these energy resources affect us in very positive ways but also in ways that can damage the environment and all living things.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    Convenience is one of the reasons I buy drinks in plastic bottles.  I try to be mindful of my impact on the environment.  Reducing plastics is good for the environment and my overall health.  By using other options such as filtered water at home, I am realizing filtered water options are convenient too.  Being mindful of what goes in our oceans and affects marine life is a motivator for me to reduce plastic!
