REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Lily Hoffman 10/14/2021 3:14 PMOn days I'm able to reduce my screentime, I notice that I feel more productive. I have some hobbies like art and reading that don't require screens, so it wasn't particularly difficult to find things to do instead of going on my phone. The issue that I normally have is that I get sucked into social media and spend way longer on my phone than I should. I think I've gotten a lot better at this during the challenge. Homework on my Chromebook can also add to my screen time, but there's not much I can do about that.
