REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Sara Haight 10/13/2021 9:38 AMI enjoy having ice cold water, so I found a bottle that keeps my water extra cold for longer. Only downside is if I am on the road and there is no where to fill it up I end up buying a bottle of water. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Sara Haight 10/13/2021 9:36 AMIt was harder to remove myself from the device, but once I focused on the task at hand I was able to breath and enjoy the moment. Need to do this more! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Justice for the Whole CommunityHow is equality for trans, femme, and nonbinary people important to a just and sustainable society?
Sara Haight 10/06/2021 11:24 AMIt is opening us up more to other ways of thinking and adapting. If we stay closed minded to those around use who may be different, how can we make sure we are helping the entire community and not just select people.
