Participating in the people's eco challenge has been a very rewarding and enlightening experience, and I am excited to continue to build these habits even after the challenge has ended

Skipping a plastic straw seems so insignificant, but noticing the amount of straws that I use has been very eye opening. It's so easy to skip this wasteful item by swapping it for a better, reusable alternative, or even just skipping a straw all together. Change doesn't have to be massive.

Not only has this challenge had me center my care on the earth and my impact more, I love that I am also able to center my care and focus on myself more and care more deeply for myself as well
