    I think it would be good to figure out a better "suggestion box" solution, so that all employees feel encouraged to provide suggestions, comments, concerns about energy usage year round instead of trying to highlight it a couple times a year

    Spending time outdoors is good for physical and mental health.  It allows for a change of scenery and the ability to reflect

    their greenhouse gas intensity is so much higher than CO2.  Much more potent in the atmosphere.

    Pollinators help our yards flourish and produce bountiful produce and beautiful flowers.  They're the workforce behind a lot of our gardening success

    Reducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    Reducing paper waste makes for less clutter on our kitchen table and takes up less space in our every other week recycling pick up
