    I notice that when I eat more mindfully, I am better able to pay attention to what my body needs regarding nutrition and I feel better physically after a meal as well!

    I think it's easy to look for better resources within communities, and not buying new. I know that it is really good for the environment to upcycle, and it's fun to get creative!

    Finding gratitude in the little things keeps me going, it makes me feel like I can accomplish more for myself and others!
