    I live in an apartment, so I hung up a window planter and got a big pot to grow some vegetables when spring comes.

    Using vegetable waste as a stock for soup or a gravy is an easy way to eliminate food waste and eat something delicious.

    When you love yourself, its easier to see the loving kindness in others in the world.
