    Bonding with my family through game night was something I’ve been wanting to get around to for quite some time. I feel more connected to them now and we felt like we could set aside our stressors for a moment to engage with each other.

    I feel more thankful in my everyday life after practicing gratitude. I can easily pick out things I’m grateful for, they come naturally to me more than they did before

    When I feel my best because I’m in tune with my feelings, I’m able to listen more openly to others and provide a positive energy to those around me!

    I’m very excited for this opportunity! I finally have motivation to take action.
