The smallest actions often leave me feeling more fulfilled since these goals are easier to achieve more consistently. If you know me, you know I LOVE my morning Starbucks and now that I'm nearing my 30's, my afternoon tea! I have made it a point to wake up earlier to make myself coffee at home and keep tea bags in my bag. I save money and avoid disposable cups!

When you can make a positive impact on both the environment AND your wallet, now that's a win-win!

I love this - and having recently gone to Starbucks I was given not one cup but two cups inside each other! I ended up reusing the second cup for an at home coffee experience.
